Energy Swing Windows did everything they said they would do. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and attentive. Their showroom was amazing. Their delivery time was just as they said. The installers, Fred and Steve G, were prompt, pleasant, and professional. The installation was done in 2 days with no inconvenience to me whatsoever. We had a great experience with Energy Swing from start to finish. They came to our house with samples. Don was very helpful and made our decision making a nice and easy visit.  They then came out to verify and precisely measure which was another nice and easy process.  It was also nice to be able to talk about things you thought about after the first visit. Lastly, install was perfect.  Fred and Steve really work well together and it was 9 degrees out.   They were super nice and informed us of everything. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of our new Provia Signet entry door installed by Energy Swing Windows.  The door itself is more beautiful than we expected and we are very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the Provia product.

When Energy Swing Windows say they provide a five-star experience, they mean it.  From our first meeting with Donnie at our home we knew this was a company we wanted to work with.  After receiving several other estimates on the same product in advance, we knew that Donnie quoted us a fair estimate without the need for us to haggle on the price.  He spent time with us to ensure we were satisfied with our selection and explained the product and experience in detail.

Prior to each visit, we received a short video introducing us to the representative that would be visiting our home.  They took time taking measurements and videos of our existing door and explained what to expect next and how the installation would go.
During the installation process, the team arrived on time, introduced themselves, and addressed any questions we had before they began the work.  They regularly cleaned the area during demo and installation leaving the area spotless when they left.  The entire process took about four hours and you cannot tell that any work was even done.  It looks like the door was installed during the home's construction.  We are very impressed with Tony and Dale’s craftmanship and attention to detail.  We could tell they were proud of the product and their company.

Great experience from the start.  When Chris came out to understand our problem with our windows on the side of our house that gets all the wind and weather, he educated us on the differences between styles of windows and what would work best to keep mother nature at bay.  We started our process late in the year and he guaranteed they had enough time to make the windows and get them installed before year end so we could still claim a tax credit for 2023.  When Tony and Dale came to do the installation, they also understood our concern with the weather and the wind.  They took their time to be sure everything was done correctly and professionally. Purchased 2 new entry doors for our house.  I had three companies out for quotes and Energy Swing had the best quote for the exact same doors.  Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the installers were knowledgeable and friendly.  Install was a breeze.  Aside from the new doors i'd never be able to tell they were at my house.
