Originally hired as a Total Basement Finishing (TBF) expert, Zach quickly proved to be a versatile asset—bringing a wealth of knowledge not only to basement projects but also to windows and doors. With a decade of experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement prior to joining us, Zach developed a sharp eye for guiding customers to the right products and solutions for their homes.
That strong foundation in customer service has translated seamlessly into his role as a Client Consultant. Zach is now our go-to expert for all things TBF, and he takes immense pride in delivering personalized, pressure-free consultations that align with Energy Swing’s core values. Whether he’s helping a homeowner reimagine their basement or upgrade their entryway, Zach works hard to make every experience stress-free, educational, and tailored to the client’s unique goals.

When he’s not on the road providing home improvement estimates, Zach enjoys quality time with his wife Elizabeth and their four children—Leo, Lincoln, Cora, and Ivy. The Fontecchio’s are an active family who love hiking, camping, and exploring new places together.
