The window design is an absolute innovation for the way that you can wash them with ease. The installers are top notch. Took their time to make sure it was a perfect installation without any flaws. My wife is very happy with the quality of the windows that were installed and ease of the swing out feature that makes it easy clean. The customer service they have is top notch. We are going to use them again when we are ready to get more windows done.

We had our front door replaced. Our original door was over 100 years old, we knew it needed replaced. The team really guided us on how to keep the original look of the old door with a beautiful new door. This is my second experience with Energy Swing, who replaced the window in my guest bedroom today. Once again, I'm completely satisfied. The product, sales process, installation and clean-up were all first rate. Fred, my installer, was competent, friendly and professional.

Energy Swing was great to deal with from the showroom all the way through the final installation. Chis was very professional, didn’t try to “sell us” but really focused on what we wanted to do. No high pressure sales! Justin followed up with a detailed walk through and measurements to provide perfect fitting windows and sliding glass door. Lastly Tony, Dale, Steve, Eric and Fred came out and got everything installed in 1 day with Tony and Dale following up next day to put finishing touches on the project. My wife, Shondra and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We got top notch energy efficient windows and the sliding glass door we’ve wanted for 24 years! Thank you Energy Swing!!

Energy Swing installed 26 double hung replacement windows. The entire process from the initial meetings, product specifications, measurements, installation and coordination with my siding contractors(To facilitate energy swing’s capping of my windows after install of new siding was completed) went very smoothly. Crew was great, very professional. Replaced 8 windows in one day. Took care not to make any mess , cleaned everything up when they were finished. Windows look great and made an improvement right away. Nice sunny day when they installed and with our Pittsburgh weather, within a week we had frost and freezing temperatures. From our first visit at office near Monroeville to our home visit by Donnie, to the guy who measured to our installation by Fred , and Eric Energy Swing treated us like Royalty. We love our new sliding glass pro via door with privacy glass , it looks so beautiful and my wife loves it even more , Fred and Eric treated our home with the utmost respect, putting protective covers on our hardwood floors and when they left you would never known that Fred and Eric and Energy Swing were ever here , we recommend this company, not only are they local, but we had a wonderful experience from start to finish, the neighbors have already commented haw beautiful it is , we love the security features it has thank you all especially Don, Fred, and Eric and maybe Josh who measured. Install went without a hitch. Arrived as stated and got to work on the six windows. Hardest one was a circle window and it turned out great. The windows in our house are all Energy Swing Windows!!! Highly recommend them.

Amazing job done by everyone at Energy Swing Windows!! We had every window at our house, a place, including the larger window in our living room, which was very old. The best part was when they came out to do their first walk-through they realize that our large living room window had some leaking up near the roof. So instead of charging us and doing the job and us later, having problems they recommend recommended that we get a roofer to come out and look at everything.Because of that we were able to get our roof fixed first which did need repair repairs before we got the windows installed. So they in turn saved us more money in the long run.The whole job was done in one day. Every star showed up 15 minutes early, cleaned everything up at the end and even took a really fun picture with myself, my father-in-law and my dog!Highly recommend this amazing company!!! These days the quality of work is important and I am very happy with the final product!!

Just had 14 windows replaced. The installation team of Tony, Dale, Eric and Fred were excellent. They did a great job inside and outside. Finished in less than 2 days. They were also really nice guys. Just ask Gabby the dog…lol. We are very happy with the quality of the product. Tony came and fixed our front door in the cold weather, he worked all day and did an excellent door, so professional and kind.

We had Energy Swing quote a new sliding door as they had come highly recommended from our contractor who is building a new deck for us. He suggested that we could consider others, but Energy Swing does the best work he has seen. We ultimately went forward with their quote and couldn't be more satisfied. The installation was seamless, with both Tony & Dale paying attention to every last detail both inside and out. We will definitely look to Energy Swing for future needs.

The installation team was timely and professional. My main issue is the window color they sold me. Originally they stated they could provide a dark walnut color. After discussion the salesman stated he could not get that color with the outside color that we needed. He recommended the dark oak which was the closet. The dark oak ended up being a medium to light oak. Now I have a $8500 window that is two tone. If he would have explained that thee would be that much contrast I would not have purchased the window. When Donnie (salesman)came over and looked at the final product he agreed that the was a big difference in colors but said that was the best they could do. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the outcome

I have had 15 windows replaced so far, and have 7 windows left. Every time I have purchase the windows and had them installed it has been a stress free process. My home looks so nice and is so much warmer, no drafts. Thank you Energy Swing. I also want to give a shout out to Donnie and then the installers Steve and Eric for such a wonderful experience.

We had all our windows in our home replaced with Energy Swing. It was a TOP NOTCH experience from start to finish. Our sales consultant Donnie was very professional, friendly and informative and not pushy at all. He really knows his product and answered all our questions, showed us videos and was overall very pleasant to work with. When it came time for the installation we had an equally great experience. Tony, Dale and Eric arrived at the time they had said. They were amazing working around my young children and 2 dogs. They were very quick and efficient taking the old windows out and installing the new ones. They laid down plastic and vacuumed when they were done, not a speck of dust or sign of the installation were left behind. They demonstrated how to open/close and swing in the window prior to leaving. Overall very pleasant and friendly installers who were great at their jobs. 10/10 experience and would recommend this company to anyone needing new windows. I love how our new windows look!!

We had our front and back door replaced by Energy Swing about 18 months ago. The crew was great, clean, efficient and attentive to our questions and needs.Recently, I needed a color sample of the door, so we could color-match the shutters on the house. Ron Strader, Dir. of Mfg. for Energy Swing took our call on Wed. evening and personally dropped of the color samples the next morning. His office is over 30 minutes from our home and he had no other business going on in our neighborhood that day.I recommend Energy Swing to all my friends and neighbors. This is the reason why - the take pride in the service and support that they offer.

Just completed our windows and doors installation and are 100% satisfied with the entire process with Energy Swing. From the first call with Kelly who set us up with Chris to discuss the project, to Justin and Jeff with the measurements and planning and scheduling to the wonderful team of Freddy, Eric, Sam and Steve who took such great care of our home during the installation. Just had new doors replaced and the experience was flawless. Started with Donnie our salesman answering our million questions and making changes as we made our decision on the doors. Justin came out and surprised me withhow thorough his measurement process was, taking off trim to get that order just right. I have worked with my share of contractors and Let me tell you, Energy Swing Windows is one of the best companies I have worked with. From the personalized sales service to the professional installation teem they are top-notch. The sales team is extremely knowledgeable and go's out of their way to make sure you understand what you’re buying. As a professional, who evaluates building products for a living they were able to provide me with all the technical information I wanted to know about their products. My wife and I met with the sales team at home and in the showroom on several occasions before we committed to their no pressure sales team. Now as a professional I will tell you from experience; a vinyl window is a vinyl window, the performance of a vinyl window itself is about the same across the board. I’ve used energy swing for all my windows and doors and while they are not the cheapest they are, in my opinion the best and certainly worth the extra money. Some of my windows from energy swing are 15 years old and they still look and function like brand new. I also greatly appreciate that the installers are employees of the company are local to the area (not outsourced to foreigners) All 3 installers were courteous and are wonderful at what they do. They took great care to ensure no mess was left behind which is greatly appreciated. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

We had two sliding glass doors (with blinds inside the glass) and four double hung windows installed. We had a few companies come to look at the job, but we just didn’t feel comfortable with them. After asking around, we found that we had two different friends who had used Energy Swing within the last few months, and they were both very satisfied with the workmanship and service. We decided to give them a call, and we are very glad we did. The entire experience has been pleasant and professional. The initial contact, Donnie, was enthusiastic about the product without being pushy, and he worked with us to get a number in our budget. Jeff, who came out to measure, was so absolutely thorough, we didn’t even know there could be that much involved in getting accurate measurements. The installers, Dale, Tony, and Steve G., were great. They were respectful of our property, work steadily to get the job done in one day, and cleaned up beautifully. It was a dream team, really, and we are very pleased with their work. There were a couple tweaks in a few days that we called about - nothing major and likely just from settling in. Tony, from the Service Department, and Jeff came out. They adjusted the couple of items and then went above and beyond to check everything, reviewing with me how it all worked and being sure I was happy. Energy swing jeeps swinging home runs! Several years ago I needed a new front door. Our previous company kept sending new ones, but couldn't holdup in the afternoon direct sun. We decided to go with Energy swing and many years later the door still looks brand new. This time we needed a replacement window as the same previous co failed. They showed up measured and installed with a few days. The handles are easier and quality of craftsmanship and installation crew was amazing.

After exploring many options, we chose Energy Swing to replace two doors in our home. Why? Price is competitive but the service is superior. They do not sub-contact any work and their warranty is outstanding! We got a back door and side door. This was the first time purchasing exterior doors for a home and Donny made it a breeze. He sat down in our living room with us and the dogs and walked us through everything. From there it went to Jeff who handled the scheduling of the door measurement. Justin came out to measure the opening in a timely fashion. Then once they got a ship date from Provia, Jeff got us scheduled for install. Everything was done in the time frame that Donny originally provided us when we signed. It was actually done a bit sooner. The longest period of time is a few weeks when Provia is building the doors and you're waiting for the ship date.The day of install was also a breeze. Fred, Steve G., and Steve S. were awesome. They arrived timely, walked us through everything they were going to do, executed the install on one of the hottest days of the year (95+ degrees outside) and didn't complain once. They were very friendly, enthusiastic, and overall great guys to work with. After install they cleaned everything up and walked us through operation of the blinds and explained the caulking would be wet for a little while.I took a picture with them and we were good to go!After using for a couple of days I started to notice a couple of small things. A little seam of light coming through the top and bottom corners on the latch side of one door. I also noticed that the new trim sat a fraction of an inch off of the drywall. I promptly called their service line and Tony quickly got back to me. He then came out a couple of days later, assessed the situation, walked through some options, and then got everything squared away to my satisfaction.Everyone we worked with throughout the process was super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We plan to use them again in the future when we do windows and a front entry door. Highly recommend!!

Tony Mastalerz went above expectations on a recent service call. He not only replaced the weather strip on one of the doors but checked all of the doors they had installed years prior and gave them a tune up to make sure they all closed properly and the lockset turned smoothly. Our first experience with Energy Swing could not have been more positive. My wife and I needed a new front entry door, so Donnie stopped by and helped us design the most beautiful front door we’ve ever seen. Donnie is a window and door savant, and his friendly in-house installation crew (NOT outside contractors) are fantastic to work with. Our installation was scheduled for 8am, and Fred and Steven S. showed up right at 8. They said they should be finished around 1pm, and they ended up leaving a quarter after 1 when they were finished cleaning up. Can’t say enough about those guys, they did an incredible job from start to finish. When you work with Energy Swing, the quality, workmanship, customer service and warranty are unmatched. We will definitely be calling them next year for a house full of new windows.

My new front door and storm door have been in for a week now and I am so pleased! I replaced a 20ish year old Provia door which I thought was a good door but the new generation of Provia is an excellent product. This is the 2nd house I've had Energy Swing Windows replace windows. The 1st house I did shop around. This time there was no question about who to call for window and door replacement. Even though they covered their paths through my house with plastic, they still vacuumed to make sure they left their work area even cleaner than they found it!The swing in windows installed in my 1st house made window cleaning sooo easy. When I was done, they resealed like the day they were installed. They even significantly decreased the noise I used to hear from train traffic going by! I moved 7 yrs after they were installed and never had a problem with them. The windows and storm door installed currently also decreased the traffic noise of the neighborhood. We are so pleased with our experience with Energy Swing. From the time Donnie came to our house to give us a complete price (no surprises along the way) to the time the crew installed our new windows. We got black on the outside with white on the inside. We also got a new sliding door. They installed new custom window casings, casings around the sliding door and even matching casings around our closets. When Chris came out to understand our problem with our windows on the side of our house that gets all the wind and weather, he educated us on the differences between styles of windows and what would work best to keep mother nature at bay. We started our process late in the year and he guaranteed they had enough time to make the windows and get them installed before year end so we could still claim a tax credit for 2023. I had to replace my bay window because the old one had rotted. After getting numerous quotes l chose Energy Swing even though their quote was the highest! My reasons for choosing them were their quality, they are s local company, the fact that the windows all swing in (not tilt down but swing in) for easy cleaning, and their warranty! Jeff, the salesman was wonderful and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions.My window was installed today and the experience was great! Tony, Dale, and Steve S. arrived on schedule. They had the old window removed and the new one completely installed and sealed in a little over 4 hours. They covered my floor with mats and anytime debris fell as they removed the old window they ran the sweeper immediately to clean it up. All 3 were friendly and polite. When they were done not only was there no mess for me to clean up, they even moved my furniture back to where it sits! My window is beautiful and l love the way they swing in to clean! This involved careful measuring and consideration of the best type of window before having the windows made. From start to finish Energy Swing was a wonderful company to work with. Our consultation with Chris was great and we were able to select our doors, get them ordered and have an approximate time table for installation within a week. When it was time for installation we were notified and scheduled quickly. The install crew was great. Elias, Dale, and Steve were on time and did a great job with the install. We just had a Provia sliding glass door installed by Energy Swing Windows. Our salesman Zach, in addition to our installers, Fred and Steven, were all extremely professional and beyond friendly. The product they install is top notch - we were between this and Pella and we're so glad we spent the extra money to go with the Provia product (though Pella is nice, Provia is slightly nicer) installed by Energy Swing (all installers are in-house employees, not contracted out). Definitely pricy but worth the extra cost for a high quality item and experience.

On June 1, 2023 we had all of our windows in the front of our house replaced by Energy Swing Windows, as well as new wooden trim around our 3 big living room windows and new shutters added as well. We had our front door and sidelights installed from them last year and we had such a good experience that we decided to go for the windows too! It was definitely an easy decision. I was excited to finally have windows that would swing in for easy cleaning and so far they have been great! Tony and Dale did a great job with the removal of our very old Anderson windows and installing our beautiful new ones. I really appreciated Tony's attention to detail and Dale putting our blinds back up in our family room. Our shutters look wonderful outside as well. You can tell the amount of time Tony put in with the 3 big living room windows and wood trim which was a bigjob to complete and get right. I love that the windows can be pulled down from the top as well for different air flow. It was a 2 day process but defintitely worth the wait because they look amazing! And also the customer service is hands down the absolute best. We are very happy with our new windows and we highly recommend Energy Swing!

We are thrilled with our new door! Energy Swing products are fantastic and their warranty can't be beat. We priced a similar door from a competitor and were quoted TWICE as much as Energy Swing. I wanted to update my review. I just had 3 storm doors installed and I can't get over what a professional job Justin did. My door needed a lot of work due to the old doors not being the correct size for the original opening. These doors look like they were designed for the opening. Great company from sales to installation. We had 14 windows replaced. Energy Swing makes their own windows which were fabricated on time for a February 2023 install. Tony and Dale showed up on time 3 days in a row. They were personable and the most efficient installers I have seen working together as a team. You certainly could see it wasn't their first installation. Carpets and floors were covered. Cleanup was exceptional throughout the entire house. Workmanship was superb and they showed creativity in replacing the paneling beneath 3 front windows. The energy efficient windows should reduce our heating and cooling costs. The lifetime Energy Swing comprehensive warranty on the window frame, glass, and installation is exceptional and the one-time warranty transfer adds value to the house.

We got a new Front Door it’s absolutely beautiful! We have gotten so many compliments. And the installers were so nice and informative. And they cleaned up! They get a 10 star rating from us!!

We have an enclosed patio that was primarily used for summertime. All the windows and doors were single pane.It was long overdue to upgrade the patio so it could be use year round. I recently had Energy Swing Windows install windows for me and I couldn't be happier with everything from Chris coming out to give me a quote to the friendly lady that I called for information to Jeff who measured the windows to the two great installers Fred and Steve. They all arrived when they said they would and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. When Fred and Steve arrived the day to install the windows they were on time and went right to work. They did a great job and left my home clean and neat. You would never know that I had windows installed that day. Fred told me everything about my new windows and showed me the features of the windows. I love everything about my new windows from their looks and how they blend in like they were there when the house was built to the energy savings. My family likes the windows too and thought they did a great job. This is a great company to deal with and I highly recommend. When I replace my other windows I will be calling this great company. So if you need windows or doors replaced or their other services give them a call and you won't be disappointed. They stand behind their products too. They treated me right and I appreciate that.

First used Energy Swing back around 2010 for windows and sliders. Their service and installation was great. Later relocated and needed a new front door in 2019. They were my first call. After that had a slider installed off my back deck. Again, they were my first call.Now, in 2022 had the windows replaced with new vinyl windows with blinds in the glass. What a difference!I can always rely on the people at Energy Swing to deliver a quality product at a fair price. Chris makes the ordering options easy, with no confusion about what your getting. Justin (the installer) knew his stuff and quickly and efficiently had the old windows removed and the new ones installed. Clean up was great. The work area was cleaner than it was before he came. (Justin was great to converse with, too. I'd give him a sixth star just for geniality.)Don't wast time on a lot of phone calls. You can get cheaper windows, but you won't find better windows or more conscientious workers than you will at Energy Swing. I have no qualms about recommending them to relatives and friends (or strangers) in need of any window or door products.

This is our second time to use Energy Swing Windows and Doors. In 2015, we had a picture swing window installed and when we decided that it was time to replace our sliding glass door, we contacted Chris Saxton and purchased the new door with mini blinds between the glass. Justin, the installer, was amazing. The day he came out it was raining and a bit windy. We optioned to have him come the next day, which worked for everyone. He came promptly and installed the door, cleaned up and it is beautiful. Extremely pleased with the professional service.

When we decided to replace our existing windows, we had no idea who to go with as we never went through the process before. We obtained a number of estimates from different companies but never felt comfortable with the quality or price that was being provided. Then we met with Chris Saxton from Energy Swing. From the moment we first met with Chris, we felt a level of comfort unlike the salespersons from the other companies. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He answered each and every question we had and customized everything to our home. His service went above and beyond. He never tried to oversell or recommend things that were unnecessary to our needs. Throughout the process, we were kept informed with regard to the installation. When the day arrived, the installers were Tony, Dale, and Steve. What a great crew! We contacted 4 vendors for our replacement windows and door. Energy Swing came as the third highest cost. We ruled out the highest and lowest bids, leaving energy Swing and a compeditor within about $4000. I couldn't quite justify the difference in price, so Chris reworked the bid with ProVia windows. That narrowed the difference significantly, and we felt the Energy Swing/ProVia quality was worth paying a little more. Tony, Dale, and Steve invited us to watch the work and ask many questions amd offered a number of tips. Thier "Red Carpet" care of our house was noticable.

I live in Hidden Valley Resort. Don came and gave us a quote after a friend recommended ESW. Scheduling of the quote was timely. Due to production delays it took a bit extra time to get the windows. However, we were kept abreast of the timeline. We had 9 windows and 2 sliding glass doors installed.The crew that came to install was great. They explained everything they were doing. They showed us any problems that we may need to address in the future (unrelated to the windows). When things were finished, we were shown all the features of our windows and doors, just as had been done at the showroom.

Been searching for months to find a contractor who could show front door types, deliver and install without costing an arm and a leg. What an excellent overall experience we had with Energy Swing Windows! What a terrific company! We have had a whole-house window replacement with Energy Swing Windows. Every aspect of our experience was exceptional. . from the product to the sales consultation to the installation. We researched many companies online, including Energy Swing Windows. We loved the many videos explaining the different features of your windows (easy open for easy cleaning, how the caulking is done, etc). We watched them all and learned a lot. We visited your showroom and met Libby. She was most helpful in demonstrating the various windows, their options and how they functioned. We made an appointment for Donnie (sales consultant) to come to our home to discuss the options for our home and to receive a quote. He listened well and offered options that were accommodating to our needs. Upon agreeing to purchase our windows, Donnie said that someone would be to take the final measurements, and Energy Swing called to set up this appointment. Jeff made these measurements and then reviewed all of the particulars of the contract to be sure it was correct - it was. Libby called to schedule our installation at a time when it would be most convenient to our schedule and let us know what to expect. Tony, Dale & Steve were our installation team. They arrived exactly when they were expected and explained the process they were going to follow. They worked conscientiously and were very detail-oriented. The initial discussion with Tim from Swing Windows was very useful. He was very knowledgeable, able to answer our questions, provide details of the window construction and thermal performance that we could not get from other companies. We were able to order hardwood (cherry) on the inside of our windows with a stain that went well with the windows we didn’t replace. This was not available in the other replacement windows that we investigated. He did not pressure us to sign, like another company did. The contract completion process is a simple online process. Our house is contemporary with no trim on the inside or outside of our windows. This was unusual for Swing Windows but after some back an forth we came up with a neat / simple solution. See photos.As we were advised, it did take 5 months for them to build our custom sized windows and sliding doors, par for the course now a days. The installation went very well. Very professional, high quality. They frequently asked if we liked the installation. We understood going into the replacement window that the frames would be wider, but after seeing them installed the frames did seem large – but it’s what you get with replacements. But I do wish that the screens further reduce the window, that seems unnecessary. However, on the whole we are very happy with our new windows and doors and would use them again.

This is the third time we hired Energy Swing to do home improvements. The first 2 times were complete window replacements in 2 different homes, and we love the windows. This time we had our front door and storm door replaced, and our patio sliding door replaced. The folks at Energy Swing from the salesman, the measuring guy, and the installers are top notch pros and super nice. We liked the selection and the value of the products they offered. The installations were performed smoothly in one day and the doors look great. We had one small glitch, the screen door on the sliding door was not sliding smoothly. Energy Swing sent a small crew out the next day to repair it, and now all is well. We love our new doors.

Very disappointed. This company installed whole house widows and deck door. Had them back to install bow window. Called about getting a STORM door and told without work would cost me around $5000. The high end door at most $1000. $4000 for labor? Guess not a big enough job. Wont use them again!!!!!

I did not originally contact Energy Swing. This was a process that was started by my father, who passed away earlier this year. Energy Swing went out of their way to get in contact with me to ask if I still wanted to move forward with the installation, having no contact information, they made it a point to visit my home in person to do this. I did go forward with the installation, and I spoke to a few people in their office who were able to bring me up to speed on the details of the order. On the install day, I was not able to be present for most of the work, but Mike, Steve, and Tony did a great job, and were just finishing up as I got home from work. Mike showed me the features of the new windows, explained their warranty and product care, and was exceptionally friendly and professional. Great experience, which I have also heard from two neighbors that got windows done in the last few years.

From estimate to order to installation and haul away this company was nothing but professional and worth the $$. The installation team - Tony, Dale, Steve and Mike kept the house clean and neat during removal and installation. They were an awesome team. Recommended highly!

I hired Energy Swing to replace my patio doors and boy am I glad I did. I went from having cold drafty air in my house to having a warm and bright living area. Service provided by the sales rep, the guy who took measurements, the office staff and the installers was exceptional. Always on time, always cordial, always professional. Fred and Kevin installed my doors in record time. They kept all the equipment and materials outside. This meant that they had to carry a lot of stuff from the truck to my backyard. No complaints, only smiles. The results are so beautiful. The product is high quality and so is the workmanship. Ken took the time to polish the glass till it sparkled. Fred installed moulding inside and out, and demonstrated how to operate the lock etc. I am super happy with my beautiful doors and would highly recommend this company and all its products.

Very respectful and professional team. One of our panels has a hairline crack that Fred noticed upon installation and already placed the order for a whole new panel before leaving. The honesty and ethics of this company and the people will bring us back to them in the future. Our new slider looks perfect.

This was our third time with Energy Swing - which should be a clue that they were worth going back to. Last year we sold our house for much more than we expected, and the windows and doors from Energy Swing were a great part of the difference. So when we found that one of the windows in our new house was cracked and letting in more cold air than light, we called----Energy Swing! They installed a beautiful big Provia window that now lets in great natural light but keeps out the cold drafts (and insects in summer!). The room is paneled in solid cherry and the trim and sill around the new window is an absolutely flawless match with the paneling. And from the outside it matches the other windows in the house as well. This isn't a quick profit-grabbing replacement window, this is a top quality custom measured and built window professionally installed. Thanks, Energy Swing!My previous Review:Last year it was new entry doors, this year it was 16 new double hung windows and Energy Swing did another excellent job. The new windows make the house warmer and look great inside and out. Fred and Elias did the installation in February working around the winter weather and my wife who was recovering from major surgery and they did an excellent job of installing quickly with quality and cleaning up after the work . My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Energy Swing Windows. Our journey started back in April 2021, meeting with companies to determine who we would go with to install a new entry door, storm door and side lights. Energy Swing was our #1 choice for price, quality of work, and reputation. We went to see Chris at their Golden Mile Highway location to see everything first hand and make our decisions. We had no idea how many things there were to choose from when it came to doors and side lights. If it wasn't for Chris's knowledge, patience and help, this could have been an extremely overwhelming and daunting experience, but it wasn't! It was actually very relaxing, exciting and fun especially when we could see it all coming together and could picture what it would look like! Chris was wonderful and by the time we left, we felt very good about our decision to go with Energy Swing. He was also very honest with us about the time it may take to get our doors and side lights installed due to the supply chain nightmare and the backlog that companies making our products were dealing with. There was no sugarcoating it or just telling us what we wanted to hear and we really appreciated the honesty. They honored our price quote, even though there prices were going up. So yes we had to wait 9 months for our installation, HOWEVER, Energy Swing kept us informed about what was going on and where we stood with multiple letters throughout the entire wait time which we greatly appreciated. They always made sure we knew that we were not forgotten or that our project hadn't fallen through the cracks and even sent us an Amazon gift card! We thought all the updates were a great testament to how much they care about their customers. Our day finally came on February 4, 2022 and it was more than worth the wait. Tony the Project Manager and Mike were our installers and they couldn't have been more awesome. The weather was awful and we thought for sure we would get rescheduled but not only did they come, but were on time, professional, nice and knew what they were doing. They carefully protected our floors, did an amazing job removing our old stuff, installing our door, storm door and sidelights and the cleanup was perfection. Not only did they vacuum my floor but they WetJetted it too!! I couldn't believe how great it all looked! AND they put our Ring camera back up for us which we really appreciated. Tony went over everything we needed to know about our doors and and then went over all the paperwork with us. Between Chris, Tony and Mike, they made this whole experience easy and enjoyable and that is why it's a no brainer that we will be coming back to Energy Swing for new windows next year! Don't walk but run to this company because you will not be disappointed. Energy Swing is an excellent company. Previously I had them install two doors on my home. That was many years ago. They are still in beautiful condition. In late November 2021, they installed all new windows. I was nervous about the process. On the first day they installed all the windows from the inside of the house. The next day they completed the outside of the installation process. Fast, efficient, and clean. I have some very complicated window coverings. They removed all of them and put them back just as they found them. They looked like they had never been disturbed. I was very, very pleased. I definitely recommend them to others. I did not get an estimate from any other company. I knew their work is excellent and accepted their estimate as fair.

Energy Swing did a phenomenal job replacing 3 exterior doors on our home ( one entry, one slider and one French). First off, VP of Sales Don Darragh was the deciding factor on why we chose Energy Swing over other business's offering similar products. Throughout the entire process my wife and I began to realize it wasn't just Donnie who was friendly, informative, and professional, but the entire Energy Swing team. Due to the current supply chain issues effecting the entire world, our door and transom had a long lead time, which was relayed to us prior to purchase. We received numerous communication updates assuring us our installation would be scheduled once our doors arrived. The installation team Fred and Steve were top notch. They went above and beyond just your normal door removal and installation. Due to a concern with were the header was located in my wall, they needed to remove additional drywall and even offered to install a new header if it was required. On top of that they cut and installed new sections of drywall, which was not part of their normal job scope. They even had someone come back to install the interior trim once my drywall was finished and painted. On top of the superior service they offer, the product and materials are of the highest quality. If you want a cheap product at a cheap price with questionable service / installation then look elsewhere. However, if your looking for a quality product at a fair price, provided by acceptional people, then look no further. My wife and I will be sure to use Energy Swing again when in need of windows or doors.

We are in love with our front and back deck doors! The Crew Tony, Dale and Jeff did an amazing job! They made sure to take their time and explain everything to myself and my husband. When they got to our home they got right to work! When the installation was done they made sure to spend a good amount of time cleaning both work areas and it was spotless, there was nothing left behind for us to clean up! Starting with Don Darragh, our salesman, the entire experience was great. The on-site project managers, Tony and Dale were excellent, professional and detailed oriented. My old windows were poorly installed and drafty - cold house. With my new Energy Swing Windows, the cold drafts are a thing of the past. Excellent! They were very personable and professional. They worked great as a team and did an excellent job. They did above and beyond what they needed to do and left the place clean when they were finished. Last night was my first night with the new windows and I was warm and comfortable for the first time since moving to where I now live. It is also very quiet and peaceful. What a difference! Mike and Steve arrived on time. Very professional, installation was flawless, left the area cleaner than when they arrived. The door looks incredible and will be an energy saver. We replaced all of our windows (22) and front and back doors. Energy Swing had the best price of everyone I received an estimate from. We chose them not only for the price, but also because their warranty coverage was by far the best. Everything is covered under a lifetime warranty. And by everything, I mean everything: windows, doors, screens (not all companies cover this), accidental glass breakage, etc. Their coverage really is comprehensive and definitely something you need to check when reviewing window companies. Tim, our salesman, was incredibly helpful and answered the numerous questions I had. The installation team (Tony, Mike, Dale, Andrew, and Steve) was great. They were professional, moved furniture and blinds without complaint, and took care of our house like it was their own. When they were done, it looked like they had never been there they cleaned up so well. They also did fantastic work. Our doors and windows looks amazing. Also, we had a misunderstanding regarding one of our windows, and what we got wasn't what we were expecting. They offered to refund us money, or replace it with a different type of window free of charge. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I guarantee not all companies would do that. I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Energy Swing and would recommend them to anyone.

We needed 4 windows and I contacted Donnie. He was very quick to come out to assess and measure. He was precise on the estimate for the windows. Very easy to work with! He was able to install my windows within the time frame that I needed them by. Installers did an excellent job as well as not leaving any garbage laying around. They were very professional.

Other than the great quality of product, service and installation, Energy Swing Windows lives up to their promise of customer satisfaction. They really aim to please and do the job right. My first windows were installed 13 years ago when finally a hinge broke. They came out and replaced the hinge, checked all the other windows and replaced hinges that might need replaced. No charge for parts, labor, or service fee. And all with a smile. I recently had more 'cheap' windows replaced and am confident that the new Energy Swing Windows will last a lifetime and longer.

New entry and storm door installed today. Installation team of Mike, Steve and Andrew did a great job despite battling Tropical Storm Fred all day. Kudos to them. They didn't seem to mind the weather and were lighthearted throughout the day and displayed great teamwork, Doors look beautiful and really upgraded the appearance of our home. The installation was very efficient, and the crew was the most courteous you could ask for. They were very helpful in answering any questions I had and left the work site spotless when they were finished. Don came to our home to consult and give a quote to replace our front door and screen door along with removing a large picture window in our dining room and replacing it with a sliding door. Don was professional and extremely helpful, giving us great ideas for design and the style of the product.
