Full Transparency: We explain options, pricing, and trade-offs clearly so nothing comes as a surprise later.
Honest Fit: If we’re not the right solution for you, we’ll tell you. Even if that means you don’t work with us.
Education First: We help you understand your project and the best solution for your needs before you decide.
Here’s exactly what happens when you reach out. Who you’ll work with, how long it takes, and what to expect at every stage.
When you first reach out or submit a form, you’ll likely hear from Kelly, our Customer Experience Specialist. Her goal is simple: to make getting started feel easy and comfortable.
This isn’t a sales call. It’s just a quick 5–10 minute conversation where we learn about your project, what prompted you to start looking into new windows or doors, and any past experiences (good or bad) that are shaping how you feel about this process.
Whether you’re just exploring or ready to move forward, we meet you where you are.
From there, Kelly will connect you with the consultant who’s the best fit for your project, so when they arrive, they already understand your situation and can focus on helping.
When your consultant arrives, Chris, Donnie, or Zach, the focus is entirely on understanding your home and your goals, not pushing a product. This appointment is typically between 60-90 minutes long.
We’ll take a close look at what you have, talk through what’s working and what isn’t, and understand what’s led you to consider making a change. Comfort, efficiency, appearance, maintenance. Whatever matters most to you, that’s where we start.
You won’t be rushed, and you won’t be asked to decide on the spot. This is about helping you understand your options so you can move forward with confidence, whether that’s with us or not.
Choosing new windows or doors can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be.
We’ll walk through it with you step by step, helping you narrow things down based on your home, your goals, and your budget without being flooded with options you don’t need.
We'll show you what your home could look like using our digital design tools, or you can visit our Design Center to see everything in person. Either way, you will feel confident in your choices.
This is a collaborative process. We’ll share recommendations based on our experience, but you stay in control the entire time. Our job is to make the decision feel clear and manageable.
One of the biggest frustrations homeowners have is unclear or inconsistent pricing, so we’ve built our process to eliminate that entirely.
We don’t do “today-only” discounts, inflated pricing, or back-and-forth negotiations. You’ll receive our best price right from the start, so you can make a decision without pressure or second guessing.
No matter who you meet with, the pricing is consistent, transparent, and based on what your project actually needs, not sales tactics.
You’ll also receive a detailed, printed proposal that walks through everything. Your product, your installation, your warranties, your timeline, and even the team who will be working in your home. It’s all there, so you know exactly what to expect.
Our goal is simple. You should feel fully informed, comfortable, and confident before making any decision.
Before anything is ordered and sent to manufacturing, we take one more important step to make sure everything is exactly right.
Justin, our final measure specialist, will come out to carefully confirm every detail. This isn’t a quick check. It’s a precise, in-depth process designed to catch anything that could cause issues later. An entry door measure appointment takes about 60 minutes, while ten windows can take up to 2 hours.
If something needs to be adjusted or clarified, this is where we take care of it. Once everything is confirmed, your order is submitted with confidence, knowing it will fit and perform the way it should.
Once your order is placed, your windows or doors move into production either at our manufacturing facility, or with our trusted partner, ProVia.
This part of the process typically takes about 8–12 weeks, depending on the specifics of your project. During that time, you’re not left wondering what’s happening.
As your project gets closer to completion, Jeff, Operations Manager, will reach out to coordinate your installation. He’ll walk you through timing, answer any questions, and let you know exactly who will be coming to your home so there are no surprises.
By the time installation day arrives, you’ll already know who’s coming and when they’ll be there.
Your project manager and installation team will arrive on time, walk you through the process, and get to work. Most projects are completed in a single day, depending on size, and we make every effort to keep the experience as smooth and minimally disruptive as possible.
We take pride in respecting your home by keeping the workspace clean, communicating throughout the day, and making sure everything is done right. When we leave, our goal is simple: your home should feel better, not like it just went through a construction project.
Our relationship doesn’t end when the installation is complete.
We’ll walk through everything with you, answer any final questions, and make sure you’re fully comfortable with your new windows or doors. And if anything comes up down the road, you’ll know exactly who to contact.
With Tony leading our service team, you have ongoing support from people who know your project and are here to help. Not a call center or a runaround. We’re committed to making sure your investment continues to perform the way it should.
You won’t be dealing with “a company,” you’ll be working with people who are here to help make your experience simple, honest, and stress-free.

If you’re considering new windows or doors, you probably have a few questions, especially about what working with us is actually like. Here are honest answers to the ones we hear most often.
Nope! And that’s intentional.
Our consultations are designed to help you understand your options, not push you into a decision. We’ll answer your questions, walk through recommendations, and give you clear information so you can decide what’s right for you.
If you’re not ready, that’s completely fine. There’s no pressure to move forward.
Not at all.
Some homeowners are ready to move forward during the appointment, but many take time to think things through and we fully support that.
Our goal is to give you everything you need to make a confident decision, not rush you into one.
Because we don’t believe pricing should depend on pressure.
You’ll receive the same price for the same project no matter who your consultant is or when you decide. We don’t inflate prices just to “discount” them later, and we don’t use limited-time offers to force decisions.
We believe you should be able to take your time and still get a fair, consistent price.
It depends on your project, but here’s a general timeline:
We’ll walk you through your specific timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
That’s completely okay.
You’re never obligated to move forward after meeting with us. Even if you decide to go in a different direction, our goal is that you walk away more informed and confident in your decision.
