Chris Saxton has been with Energy Swing Windows for over 24 years—making him not only one of our most experienced team members but also one of our very first employees. From day one, Chris has embraced every role with dedication and heart, steadily growing into his current position as a trusted Client Consultant.
Chris began his journey with us as a manufacturing technician, learning the ins and outs of our custom window systems from the ground up. He then moved into installation, gaining first-hand experience with what it takes to deliver a high-quality finished product in the field. Thanks to his attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities, Chris was soon promoted to Customer Expectation Coordinator and Field Service Technician—roles that deepened his knowledge of both the technical and customer-facing sides of the business.
“These roles still tied closely to installation, but they also gave me insight into the consulting side of the business,” Chris explains. That full-circle perspective—from manufacturing and installation to consulting—uniquely positions him to understand the entire window replacement process from a homeowner’s point of view.
Chris’s approach to sales is rooted in education, empathy, and transparency. “The process we follow—truly understanding people’s needs and solving their problems without pressure—is what makes this position so unique,” he says. Homeowners can feel confident knowing they’re working with someone who’s been in their shoes (and on their roof) and who genuinely cares about delivering the right solution at the right price.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys life with his wife Vanessa and their two kids, Caden and Gianna. Whether he’s coaching his son’s basketball team or spending time outdoors with the whole family, Chris brings the same passion and positivity to his personal life as he does to every home consultation.
